Money and Emotions - Winter Wisdom and Your Money By Virginia Ellen

The money in your life can increase when you learn to use your emotions to generate the energy to attract an abundant flow of money. Winter is a time to work inside to build a strong self esteem and strong self worth. Animals and plants both use winter to hibernate and rebuild the body so that their spring will be abundant. Jesus also spoke of the cycles of nature and the cycles of life itself. When you understand the cycles of nature, you realize the necessity of winter.

Winter is living in the sacred space of the void. Realize that everything you desire exists in the void. From the void of winter comes the birth of new life, spring. The Key to Manifesting is to be at peace in the void of winter. No Fear, No Worry, No Resistance. Winter is a time for reflection and time to embrace new attitudes and beliefs. Winter is a time to raise your self-worth and to develop a new foundation that will ensure a prosperous spring. In winter, you do your inner work and in spring, you see the birth of your inner life in material form.

Humanity seems to worry in the void, we let fear create our spring and then, we live the manifestation of our fears and worries. We fail to find peace in the void and therefore we do not allow the cycles of nature to work miracles in our lives.

1.    The Key to Manifesting a fabulous spring is to be at one with the joy of life. If you find yourself in doubt or worry about your finances, surrender the worry. Talk to your own doubt or worry and tell it that what you are feeling in the moment is affecting the flow of money in your life. Then tell your fear, if it can find something to feel really good about in the moment this will open the flow of energy and you will be in the state of receivership.

2.    Feel excited about your present moment and your future. You may be really worried about your financial situation in the moment. Maybe your credit card bills are getting really hard to pay. Or maybe you have been laid off or your business is slow. Again, talk to your fear and tell it that there is good in your situation. The old money system is dissolving. The divine has a greater plan for the world’s money systems that will be based on love and integrity. You have the opportunity to live in the Divine Money Energy, this will provide you with abundance.

3.    Whatever you embrace emotionally this winter is what your spring will be filled with. This means that whatever you feel is what you will attract to you. Your life will be filled with what you feel about money and yourself.

Learn to dismantle your worries and fears and learn to embrace the joy of life. There is a new world being created, a world of love and golden energy. The land of love exists in this very moment and we are invited to enter this exceptional golden energy. In order to enter, we must purify the emotions that keep us experiencing lack and suffering.

I invite you to join me in the land of love and its golden energy. http://www.VirginiaEllen.net

Beliefs of Success By Richard Risher

Beliefs of Success By Richard Risher

A strong beliefs system could bring you the most wanted success. The success could be interpreted by us as a belief system which can help us to have massive achievements. There is a list of beliefs which may improve your results

Everything happens with a reason
Every successful man will say that there is a purpose in life for every event. Even if it is not a positive event, that event can offer you the experience you need in perspective events. For example, a national football team which has never played in a World Football Championship, even if they will just participate and will have the poorest results ever seen in the final everybody will congratulate them for participating. Maybe at the next event they will have enough experience to get better results. This is a general rule and you can ues it as examples in your daily job. A positive event will encourage you to continue in this way even if it is your first success.

There is no failure in everything we do
As I said before it is all about learning experiences. Instead I say to myself “I failed doing this job”, I would rather say “I learned something new and next time I’ll make a perfect job because of past learning experiences”. All you have to do is to alter your view about failure to something constructive which will bring you the success desired.

Assume responsibility
Most of unsuccessful people make the big mistake of blaming somebody else for every thing that goes wrong. In a poor country everyone is blaming the statesmen and they spend a lot of time watching TV shows with politic subjects. There are a lot of people who blame their boss for their lack of success. It is easier to say that the bosses do not want to promote you or give you a bigger salary, but nobody is thinking if they really deserve that. I have never seen somebody say: “It is ok this year, I did not work as good as I could have and probably that is why I didn’t receive the salary I expected.” Assuming responsibility is a demonstration of maturity in everything we do. Even if you have a job and your doing that responsible or you gave your word to do something.

You don’t need to be perfect in every domains
As you probably know there is no successful man which has a perfect knowledge in every domain they are working. For example if you have a networking business you will need resources from different domains but it is clear that you need some knowledge at different levels. You need to know as much network knowledge as you can but you have to know how can you make a simple website and how to promote it. Also a convenient report between quality and price needs to be managed by you. Having a lot of knowledge form different domains and performing them in a specific one will assure you the success and the best results.

Your biggest results are people
Even if you don’t have a big plan to achieve the success, probably you will need people to help you. The results might appear after a while but you have to satisfy the expectations of the people you are working with in order to have your own expectation and results from them. This is a little strange for you to met someone else expectation before having positive results. If the people you are working as employees or collaborators are happy and satisfied with their job and salary they will work for you better and that will help you to achieve the success as soon as possible. At the end of the month firstly you should pay your employees salary and after that your salary, because the next month they will work for you and maybe they will be satisfied and your business will have an important increase.

Threat work as a play
This belief will help you to keep on the good way even if sometimes you are bored with your work and you are thinking of a change. Changing things will not benefit you every time because you need some time to accommodate again and maybe you will get bored again. This won’t give you the promotion you expect. It’s better to be efficient in an area. Try to threat your work as play and find something new and interesting in everything you do at your job. Also remember that you have make some commitments if you want the success. The most successful people are the most committed. So don’t play with commitments as you are playing at your jobs. That’s not professional.

Respect some of these beliefs and you will have better results!

A Road Map to Success By Steve Betsworth

A Road Map to Success By Steve Betsworth

Carrot and stick

This is the most traditional method of motivation and the reason that most of us goes to work; the employer pays us money and that is the carrot.  However, you don’t have to look far to see that research will demonstrate this to be one of the least effective means of motivating people.  Give more money and expect people to work harder; it may be a theory, but does it work?  Well if you pay people more money to do something they don’t really want to do then you will probably simply be encouraging people to find ways to cut corners.  Look into the soul and discover what motivates deep down.

Follow the crowd

It is difficult to rebel and easy to accept the intentions of others and just go with the flow.  So if there is a general consensus on an issue at work, what is the motivation to be different?  It will single you out and make you a focus that you weren’t before you voted to be different.  Most people go with the flow, either because they are ambivalent or because they simply don’t feel strongly enough about the issue.  So perhaps your route to self-development and success is by breaking against this mould; but you should be confident of your reasons before you do it.

Genuine Duty

Fulfilling a duty that you genuinely believe in makes us feel good.  There is something quite fulfilling about discovering what is right and worth standing up for, and then deciding to ‘do the right thing’, regardless in some cases of the consequences.  Doing the right thing should be recognised by co-workers and employers alike, but again, you should exercise caution when deciding on this course of action.  You can be sure of a good night’s sleep and a happier outlook if you do follow your sense of duty and do the right thing.

Integrity breeds respect

Making the right choice and following your sense of what is right is a fundamental human characteristic that is not unanimous, and it takes effort to develop integrity.  With the hard work of developing integrity will come the rewards.  Those around you will trust and respect you more for having integrity, trust goes a long way to increasing your self-esteem as well.  Following what is right is often the most difficult thing to do, and that is one of the reasons that people will respect you for it.  Communication between people who trust each other is out of proportion with those who do not, and it is clear and effective communication that helps us progress as people and in all aspects business.

How to Get Attention, Network Like a Pro, and Be Memorable By Dr. Larina Kase

How to Get Attention, Network Like a Pro, and Be Memorable By Dr. Larina Kase

It is not enough just to make a great first impression. We must make a powerful lasting impression. The way that a memory is formed is by first grabbing attention, then becoming a short-term memory, and finally, getting into long-term memory.

One of the best ways to make the leap to long-term memory is by arousing an emotional response (liking, interest, enjoyment) in another person. Another way is by getting yourself into current memory structures.

The following tips make you an exceptional networker, self-marketer, and self-promoter (not in the obnoxious way) by helping you capture attention and get into both short and long term memory.

Network Yourself. People will remember you if they can fit you into one of their existing mental networks. This might be a person or group or type of people, such as “John Smith’s friend,” “from the CBI group” or “executive coach.” Don’t stop here though, use the other tips to make YOU stand out from within that group.

Make yourself an expert. When you are a subject area expert, people automatically think of you and you don’t even have to try to be noticed. For example, at work, select a key aspect of your job and learn everything possible about it and let people know what you’ve learned.

Be a magnet. Draw people to you by exuding confidence, charisma, and passion. No one can resist these characteristics- they’ll give you a magnetic personality.

Adopt a signature look. Get noticed and be memorable for your fashion flare. Your signature look can be a color, an accessory, a style (for example, 1950s glam), or a haircut.

Take a side. Rather than worrying about offending people and choosing a middle of the road position, take a stance. People will respect you for it and it will show your conviction and courage.

Pay a compliment. Interestingly, focusing on others is a powerful way to be noticed. Pick something specific and let someone know that you like it. For example, tell someone in your networking group what specifically you found intriguing about the way they presented themselves.

Speak with confidence. Your voice is a powerful tool in getting attention and recognition. Speak loudly, clearly, and at a natural speed (not too slow or you’ll be dull and not too fast or people will think you’re nervous).

Smile with your eyes. Research has shown that people find smiles to be most genuine when your eyes scrunch up a bit (don’t worry about the crow’s feet!). These form of smiling puts people at ease and makes you more likeable and influential.

Be a great storyteller. One of the best ways to command attention is with an engaging story, preferably one that includes some humor. At work, instead of saying, “The result we got was…” tell a bit of the story about how you got their highlighting your role in achieving the result.

Remember that it typically takes multiple presentations before someone remembers someone (or something), so aim to be in front of key players on a regular basis. Keep your message consistent, use the above networking tips, and you will be more magnetic and memorable!
